  1. depression hangs above you like a dark cloud. learn to enjoy life. do the things you have always wanted to do. go on trips, and make new friends. remove the shackles and be free.
  2. do not settle for men who home lies with another woman.
  3. do not allow traumatic relationships to turn you cold. the coldness deprives your children.
  4. I wish I could pump the pain out of your body just so you can experience love. happiness. warmth.
  5. a single mother with two kids struggling to make ends meet, you were doing your best
  6. once he disrespects you, place hardened hands against your fragile frame – sorry will become meaningless and it will happen again.
  7. you are beautiful.
  8. no one – no thing can fill you… only you can do that for yourself, love.
  9. teach your kids the things you wish you were taught
